Exploring the remains of the site, fractured pieces of glass present themselves as artifacts which scatter the area as a reminder of the past ruined structure.
A concrete section breaks up the field to present a resting place for the people who once worked at the nursery - the space, a reminder of a place to recuperate, communicate, share a story and listen to the radio in between the rhythm of production
The installation for the event will take up part of the concrete space and act as a temporary platform for a performance piece by the 'gloriously cacophonous punk trio' Track Not Found - who will respond to the work of the German romantic landscape painter Casper David Friedrich and explore ideas around the language of materiality, production, movement and consumption.
The temporary fragmented structure will be created from discarded and abandoned wooden pallets, a common flat transport structure, fractured to disrupt its function and presented to question its place within the landscape.
